Section 144 imposed in Murree on New Year, only families will be allowed to enter

According to the DPO Murree, the move has been taken to provide a peaceful environment to tourist families, bachelor tourists can go to places other than Murree Mall Road.
On the other hand, Malika Kohsar Murree is under the grip of deep clouds where tourists are also continuing to arrive to celebrate the New Year. The Meteorological Department has forecast rains and snowfall from today to January 2.
The Punjab Highway Department has issued an alert on the expected snowfall in Murree and Galiyat. Provincial Minister Malik Sohaib Ahmed Bharath has directed the Highway Department to be on full alert and keep the machinery active at all times to remove snow.
