Security Forces Kill 41 Terrorists in Balochistan Intelligence-Based Operations
The Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) reported that intelligence-based operations in Harnai and Panjgur resulted in the elimination of 41 terrorists on January 29. The slain militants were affiliated with Fitna-al-Khawarij and Fitna-al-Hindustan, the state’s designated groups linked to TTP and foreign-backed insurgency.
In Harnai, 30 militants were neutralized after a heavy firefight. Authorities recovered and destroyed a large stock of ammunition and explosives.
In Panjgur, 11 terrorists were killed, and weapons, ammunition, and money stolen from a December 2025 bank robbery were recovered. ISPR noted that the terrorists had been involved in numerous prior attacks.
The military emphasized that operations under Azm-i-Istehkam, the national counter-terrorism campaign, will continue to target foreign-supported militant networks.
