Preparations to withdraw coaching of Indian team from Gambhir, talks with new coach ongoing
According to Indian media, Gautam Gambhir will be withdrawn from coaching of the Test team, the Indian board has started talks with VVS Laxman for coaching of Tests. According to Indian media reports, VVS Laxman is likely to be entrusted with coaching of red ball cricket, due to poor performance in Tests, there is talk of changing the coach.
On the other hand, Vice President of Indian Cricket Board Rajiv Shukla says that there are only rumors regarding Gautam Gambhir, there has been no discussion in BCCI to remove the coach.
Rajiv Shukla said that there is no talk of bringing anyone else as coach, such rumors should not be spread.
