Dadu: Fake police encounter, 10 officials including SHO sentenced to 7 years in prison on conviction
The fake police encounter case was heard in the Sessions Court, in which the court ordered a fine of Rs 1 million on the convicted SHO of B Section Police Station and Rs 1 lakh on the ASI.
In addition, the court also sentenced 10 officials including the SHO to 7 years in prison each. According to the police, after hearing the sentence, all the police officials fled the court, who will be arrested soon.
It should be noted that the police officials were accused of killing a person in a fake police encounter in 2022. A case was registered against the police officials of B Section Police Station on the complaint of the victim’s mother.
