Karachi: Tortured body of woman recovered from house in Surjani

According to police, the victim Komal was killed by her ex-fiancé Rashid by hitting her on the head with an iron pipe.
The accused rented the victim’s house 12 days ago and she had been living with him for three days.
The police said that Rashid had gone to Dubai for employment after the engagement, Komal had later married someone else and had now filed a case for divorce from her husband.
The police said that after the murder, the accused Rashid called his mother and told her about killing Komal and also told her to leave somewhere before the police came to her house.
The victim’s parents’ house and the crime scene are nearby, the victim’s parents had gone to their relatives’ house at the time of the incident. The police started searching for the accused Rashid.
