Degree case: Justice Jahangiri decides to challenge Islamabad High Court’s action in Constitutional Court

Justice Tariq Jahangiri has formed a legal team of 3 senior lawyers to challenge the action of Islamabad High Court.
Akram Sheikh and Barrister Salahuddin will follow Justice Tariq Jahangiri’s case in Islamabad High Court, while Uzair Bhandari will follow the case on behalf of Justice Jahangiri in Federal Constitutional Court.
An appeal will be filed in Federal Constitutional Court against the Islamabad High Court’s order, and applications will also be filed in Islamabad High Court on behalf of Justice Tariq Jahangiri.

It may be recalled that during the previous hearing held in Islamabad High Court, Justice Tariq Jahangiri had expressed no confidence in the bench, objecting to the presence of Chief Justice Islamabad High Court Justice Sarfraz Dogar in the bench.
